Intellectual Property

All content published and used by T.S.C. on our website and marketing materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the website's markup, are the property of TSC and are protected by copyright laws.

Confidentiality

We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and will only use your information to provide the real estate services agreed upon, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Liability and Indemnity

1. Limitations of Liability:TSC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages that result from the use of our services.
2. Indemnification:You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TSC from any claims, damages, expenses, and fees arising from or related to your use of our services.

Termination

Both you and TSC may terminate the service agreement at any time, subject to the terms laid out in your individual contract regarding notice periods and obligations post-termination.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to these terms will be handled through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

General Provisions

1. Amendments:We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. All amendments will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
2. Severability:If any provision of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
